User agreement
Read this agreement before you use the site or its software.
Signing in is full acceptance of these terms.
If you disagree with any part, do not use the site and do not sign in.
This service is not an official site, partner or representative of Valve Corporation or Steam.
CowDrop Ltd., on one side, and the person who accepts the offer published on the site, on the other, agree as follows.
1. Terms
Unless the text says otherwise, the words below mean the following.
Site
The CowDrop service: pages, account, games and software on the domain that served this document.
Company
CowDrop Ltd., registered at 88 Queensway, Hong Kong. Company no. 3391847.
User
A natural person with an account on the Site who accepted this agreement by signing in.
Registration
Creating an account by Steam OpenID or another login method the Company has enabled.
Account
The signed-in area: balance, inventory, history, withdrawal settings.
Balance
Internal units on the Site. Not a bank deposit, not e-money, not a promise of cash. Used to pay for cases, upgrades, contracts, headbutts and other Site services.
Inventory
Virtual items credited after a case, upgrade, contract, headbutt or bonus. Names and images come from the Steam Community Market and do not mean the item is already in the User’s Steam inventory.
Case
A paid roll against a published item list for a debit from Balance.
Upgrade
A roll that stakes inventory items against a higher-priced item at a stated chance.
Contract
An exchange of several inventory items for one item from a stated pool.
Headbutt
A multi-user game: each seat is paid with cases; the winner takes the pot under the mode rules.
Withdrawal
Sending an item from Site inventory to the User’s Steam inventory via a trade URL. Timing depends on the market, the seller and Steam.
2. Subject
The Company gives paid access to Site services: cases, upgrades, contracts, headbutts, the daily bonus, promo codes and referral credit — as the interface shows at the time of the action.
The Site is entertainment. Items and Balance are not securities, crypto or a means of payment off-site.
The Company does not sell Valve software and does not license Steam. Skin names and art belong to their owners; the Site uses public Steam Community Market data.
3. Acceptance and changes
The agreement is formed on a successful sign-in. Further use accepts the text published here at the time of the action.
The Company may replace this page. Keeping using the Site after a change is acceptance. If you disagree, stop and withdraw whatever is still technically available.
The live text is always at /legal/terms.
4. Age
18+ only. Signing in is a confirmation of age and capacity.
If the account belongs to a minor, access is cut with no restoration of Balance or items.
You are responsible for whether your country allows this kind of service.
5. Account
Login is Steam. The Company receives SteamID, public nick, avatar and whatever else that login method returns.
One person, one account. Multi-accounts, someone else’s Steam, selling the cabin and handing over the session are forbidden.
Keep a working Steam trade URL if you want withdrawals. A bad or closed URL is your problem, not a Site defect.
The Company may ask for KYC before a withdrawal, a large top-up, or when fraud is suspected. Refusing the check is refusing the operation.
6. Balance and games
A top-up credits Balance after the payment provider confirms it, not after a “success” redirect.
A debit for a case, upgrade, contract or headbutt seat is final when the server records it. Rolls are not undone.
Contents, odds, price and limits are shown before you pay. You confirm you saw them.
Rolls are computed on the server. Where provable fairness is on, you can check the result against the published seed pair and nonce.
Free cases, the daily bonus and promo codes are optional campaigns. The Company may change prizes and limits without mailing each User.
7. Inventory and withdrawals
An item in Site inventory is a row in the Company’s system, not a promise that the same listing is already bought on the market.
Withdrawal uses the channel the Company has set (market buy with seller delivery, or a bot). Steam Guard holds, trade bans and seller delay are outside the Company.
If the item cannot be bought within the allowed overpay, or the seller never delivers, the item can return to inventory. That is not theft and not a cash claim.
The Company may refuse a withdrawal on fraud, chargeback, multi-accounting, a hijacked Steam account, or a breach of this agreement.
8. Forbidden conduct
No breaking the Site, stuffing sessions, bots without permission, self-referrals, payment laundering, bad-faith chargebacks, impersonating support, or malware.
Do not use the Site where it is illegal, and do not VPN around a geo block the Company has set.
The Company may freeze withdrawals, wipe farmed referral credit and close the account. Value taken in breach is not returned.
9. Liability
The Site is provided as is. Steam, markets and payment providers are not guaranteed.
The Company is not liable for Valve, Steam, banks, aggregators, market sellers, or a Steam account you lost.
Cap on any claim: the amount you actually paid for the disputed Site operation in the last 30 days, or zero if it was free.
Lost profit, a knife that did not drop, and hurt feelings are not compensated.
10. IP
CowDrop design, code, copy, mark and mascot belong to the Company or its licensors.
Game, weapon and skin names belong to their owners. CS2, Steam and Valve mentions are not sponsorship.
11. Law
Hong Kong law, unless a mandatory rule of your country says otherwise.
Write to support@cowdrop.io first. A substantiated complaint is answered within 15 business days of the Company having SteamID, the operation id and enough facts to look.
