2. What to put in the letter
SteamID64, Site nick, what broke, time with timezone, operation or payment id if you have one.
Withdrawals: trade URL and Steam status (hold, ban, private inventory). Top-ups: amount, method and the provider id — not a screenshot of the pay button.
Do not send Steam Guard codes, passwords or cookies. We will not ask for them.
3. Reply time
Usual reply: within a business day on mail that landed at support@cowdrop.io. Hard withdrawals and provider traces take longer. We do not run Steam’s queue or your bank.
A second letter with no new facts does not jump the line.
4. Formal complaints
Send them to the same address. Review is 15 business days from the moment there is enough to look at.
