Payment offer

This offer by CowDrop Ltd. (88 Queensway, Hong Kong, Company no. 3391847) sets how CowDrop balance top-ups and related money moves work.

Paying on the Site accepts the text published here at the moment of payment.

1. What you buy

You buy internal Balance units and/or the right to a specific Site service (a case open, a headbutt seat, and so on).

Balance is not transferable, not cash at a desk, and not usable off CowDrop. It is not a bank deposit and not an e-money wallet for paying third parties.

2. Price, FX and fees

Case, upgrade, contract and headbutt-seat prices are shown before you confirm.

If the UI shows a currency other than the Site ledger, the rate and any provider fee are shown before payment. Your bank’s own fee is not a CowDrop fee.

A promo code or daily bonus only changes the price inside that campaign. Campaigns can be pulled.

3. When a top-up lands

Credit happens after the provider sends a signed webhook. A “payment success” redirect does not move money.

Until the provider confirms, Balance does not change. Do not double-click pay: the same id will not credit twice.

If the bank took money and the Site is still quiet past a reasonable wait, write to support@cowdrop.io with SteamID, amount, time and the provider payment id.

4. Refunds

The entertainment service is performed when the roll is recorded. An opened case, a played upgrade, a built contract and a started headbutt are not refunded.

Unused Balance may be returned at the Company’s option, minus the provider fee, if the payment was not disputed and the account is clean. That is not a standing promise to refund.

A chargeback on credited and spent money is enough to freeze the account and inventory for the disputed amount. Winning at the bank does not wipe the debt to the Site.

5. Item withdrawals

Withdrawal is a skin into Steam, not a card payout.

You need a working trade URL, a public inventory and no Steam blocks. The Company either buys a market listing or sends from a bot — whichever is configured.

The inventory price is a ledger figure. If the live market price blows past the allowed overpay, the withdrawal does not run and the item stays on the Site.

6. Tax

You handle tax in your country. The Company is not your tax agent beyond duties placed on it where it is registered.

7. Errors and limits

An obvious price bug (zero, negative, a broken rate) may be reversed to the state before the operation.

The Company may cap top-ups, daily payments and withdrawals without KYC. A limit shown in the UI beats this sentence.
